5 Months Old!
Well we made it through another month! :) Boone is 5 months old today and we celebrated it in a very memorable way....just not the way I would have wanted too. A few days ago Boone got a nasty sounding cough and since it wasn't getting any better I made an appointment for him this morning. Brian took him in and the doctor told him it was a cold and a slight ear infection but nothing to worry about.....definitely not RSV. Well 2 hours later we got the call that it was RSV so you can imagine how shocked we were. I left school to go pick him up and Brian picked up some medicine for him so hopefully he will be feeling better soon. It's so sad because I know he feels bad but he's so tough! He hardly acts like he hurts at all. Plus the doctor said he was teething so the poor little guy has so much going on. But on a happy note last night Jeff came to stay with us on his way down to the ranch. It was so nice to see him and of course Boone loves his Pops so much! And to make things even better today is Jeff's birthday so it was nice to share that with him. Happy Birthday Pops! We'll keep yall posted on Boone but if you could keep him in your thoughts and prayers for a quick recovery we would be so grateful. Love you all and Happy 5 months Mr. Boone--- we love you so much sweet boy!

Poor Boone! I bet he is a trooper though. RSV is no fun! William had it about 2 months ago-it lasts forever-and although he is NOT sick anymore, it's like he has a permanent cough from it! Weird! Hang in there!

Happy 5 month birthday Boone! And Happy Birthday Jeff, (Pops). I know Boone probably does not feel that great, but he looks really good. And also pretty content in Pops lap. He's a good baby isn't he? We can't wait until we get to see you guys too! We Love, and miss you very much! Love, GiGi
hope boone is feeling better!!! mallory had rsv around 15 months and she had to be hospitalized for several days, her oxygen level was 89, VERY SCARY!!!
we share your love for the little fawns, we used to manage a deer breeding ranch and i bottled raised tons of fawns every year in our house and yard!! i've got some FANTASTIC pix of zayne w/them, he was just a baby :)
zayne got your note yesterday and his eyes just LIT up!!!
let me know when you have a free morning or afternoon so you can bring boone for a swim. we can do it around his nap times, if you want and the pool is least crowded in the am.
